If you booked a free intro call, please fill out the short intake form 24 hours before our appointment. I will then prepare for our meeting, and you will also be able to ask any questions you may have.

When you book a complete project package, you will receive an email with a longer intake form and a private link to schedule our first meeting. Please make sure you fill in the form 24 hours before our meeting. I will then familiarize myself with your business, so that during our meeting we can dive right in. Meetings can be scheduled for Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:00 and 15:30 CET/CEST.

During this call we go through your questions, concerns and my initial feedback to agree on priorities and objectives for the project and next steps. I will then prepare a full proposal in line with the booked package - I will be in touch via email if needed, in rare cases we might need to schedule an additional call. Preparation of the proposal will take one week - if there is a delay, I will communicate accordingly.

After I have finalized the proposal, I will send it to you, and we will schedule another call as soon as possible. During this call I will walk you through the proposal, you will have the option to ask questions, and if needed, we will make ad hoc adjustments.

Once the proposal is approved by you, we will agree together on a date of “Go Live” – this means any adjusted prices, products/services or promotional activities will go live on your website.
