Deze gegevens worden door jou vrijwillig verstrekt bij het maken van een afspraak via ons boekingssysteem.

Wij gebruiken jouw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor:

• Het plannen en bevestigen van afspraken

• Het communiceren over je boeking (bijvoorbeeld bevestigingen of wijzigingen)

Wij gebruiken jouw gegevens niet voor marketingdoeleinden, tenzij je hier expliciet toestemming voor hebt gegeven.

Wij verwerken jouw gegevens op basis van:

• Uitvoering van een overeenkomst (namelijk het boeken van een afspraak)

Wij bewaren jouw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk is voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld.

• Gegevens van afspraken worden bewaard tot maximaal 12 maanden na de laatste afspraak, tenzij een wettelijke verplichting anders vereist.

Wij delen persoonsgegevens alleen met derden als dat noodzakelijk is voor onze dienstverlening, bijvoorbeeld:

• Het boekingssysteem & agenda software (Acuity Scheduling)

Met deze partijen hebben wij verwerkersovereenkomsten gesloten conform de AVG.

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om jouw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik, onbevoegde toegang of openbaarmaking.
